All sales at Parlor & Pearl are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

We take great care to accurately describe and photograph every item, including any signs of age, wear, or patina that are part of each piece's character and history. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll work with you to make it right.
